About Us
For the kids...
Huckabay FFA & Rodeo Supporters is the place to support the Huckabay FFA chapter and Huckabay Rodeo team members by raising funds, celebrating their success and supporting them as they work to reach their goals. Established in 2019, the Huckabay FFA and Rodeo Boosters have returned over $100,000 to our youth through our fundraising efforts. Our goal for the 2021-22 school year is $100,000 in a single year. The Huckabay FFA & Rodeo Boosters presents the largest local scholarship to a graduating senior and pays out project bonuses that have added an additional $1,200 per student!!
Making History since 1930
Huckabay FFA was established in 1930 making our chapter the oldest FFA chapter in Erath County and one of the oldest in Texas and the United States. The Huckabay FFA hosted our first jackpot livestock show in December 1948. The show is tied for the longest running jackpot show in Texas with our neighbors to the south, Hico FFA, who hold theirs in September of each year.
Get Involved!
Membership in the Huckabay FFA & Rodeo Supporters is easy and rewarding. Membership terms run from September 1st to August 31st of each year and dues are just $20 per family per year. Members are asked to support the Huckabay FFA & Rodeo team members through volunteer hours, securing financial donations and spreading positive information throughout the community about our community, school, students and programs.
